*We offer free standard shipping for orders over USD 99 for most of the locations. For orders shipping to Canada, we offer free standard shipping on orders over USD120.

Please note that if your shipping address belongs to a remote area, an extra fee is needed.
*Currently, our freight is tax-free

How to track my order?
Your package will be shipped from our New York Showroom or warehouse in China. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays.

What to do with the lost package?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at support@newopened.com
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Customs Fees
Will not cover the customs fees and duties, and they are non-refundable as well. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fees and duties, we recommend you reach out to us before placing an order.

Issues with Order

Wrong/Damaged Item: If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email support@newopened.com.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the wrong/damaged item received within 5 days of delivery. Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.Order Confirmation Not Received: Check your spam folder. If not found, contact support@newopened.com with the last name associated with your order or your order number.

 

Address and Order Changes

Changing Shipping Address: Email support@newopened within 7 hours of submitting an order. However, address change requests cannot be guaranteed once an order is submitted online.

Order Cancellation: Email support@newopened within 7 hours of submitting your order for cancellation requests. However, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
