Before submitting a return,
Please make sure you qualify under our return policy.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes andduties, Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot quarantee that they meet the import reguirements of every country, lf indoubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering
Exchanges
If you need to exchange size for the same item, send us an email first at support@newopened.com Customers need to pay shipping fee of the exchanged items.
Out-of-stock
For out-of-stock orders, we will send you an out-of-stock reminder email to ensure the most efficient processing and shipping procedures. Kindly respond within 3 days. If no reply is received within this timeframe, we will automatically process a refund for the out-of-stock products in your order and issue the remaining orders.
Return Processing:
Refund Timing: Allow 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the refund to reflect in your account after processing. If the refund is delayed, contact support@newopened.com with your name and order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.
Wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or at support@newopened.com right away.
If you need to change the shipping address after the package leaves our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. Customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.
If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.
